Lock and garage had such wonderful customer service. When I called I got my call back from their locks smith right away at it was so late at night. They were awesome and went above and beyond. If you get locked out your car I suggest you get a hold of lock and garage.

Pouring rain and batteries failed on electronic home front door lock: enough energy to engage the lock as I left, not enough to retract it when I returned. The tech was friendly and helpful, and the rain mostly stopped. Without details, he absolutely went "above and beyond" as we were able to access a different door and hey, lesson learned about replacing SOME batteries on a schedule. Thanks for saving an old lady in the cold rain.
